We took the hard way. The swamps were vile and vulgar. Ther were dead creatures everywhere. We were sick and starving. Many of us had died. We felt like people trying to walk across the ocean. We had no food. It was all gone. No supplies either. This is not how me and Charles did our adventures when we were kids. We always gave everybody a chance.
